Group 3: Examples of successful cooperation and networks in career guidance and counselling (including HRM and CGC)

Informal exchange of experience:

Is the Human Resource Management (HRM) in my organization already connected to professional institutions or independent experts in Career Guidance and Counselling (CGC)?

·        If yes: Which institutions or experts are these? From which sector (Public Employment Service, Chambers, Trade Unions, Adult Education, Universities or schools, independent counsellors, consultants, trainers etc.)?

·        If not (yet): Which are the reasons?

What are the motives of my organization for networking/cooperating with external experts?

·        Widening the expertise, learning, getting support and assistance? Describe some of the motives.

·        Which have been positive experience of networking/cooperation? Which obstacles did occur?

 

Reporting best practice examples:

·        Which examples of networking between HRM and CGC from my organization may be assessed as good or best practice?

·        How can we document these examples on our flip chart?

 

Poster exhibition

·        Present your results to the other groups

·        Discuss them with the members of the other groups
