The 6 transnational meetings will take place at the following venues (the order of meetings is preliminary and might be changed depending on the partners’ preferences)

1st Transnational project meeting

Mannheim, Germany, November 5th – 6st, 2019

The focus of the first international meeting was on objectives, content, plans and agreements of the CONNECT! project. All intellectual outputs and their deadlines were presented and discussed. IO1, IO2 have beend planed in detail. An introduction to Erasmus+ and to the financial administration of the project was given. The timeline for the project outcomes was adapted and shared with partners.

2nd Transnational project meeting

Online (due to COVID-19) April, 2020

In the first part of the meeting, each of the partners summarised their IO1 national reports recently submitted to Aleksandra Đurović. Some comments were provided and information was shared between partners concerning results of national reports and cross-country information. In the second part of the meeting, Monika Petermandl’s IO2 instructions for partners and data collection were discussed; specifically, target groups for data collection, focus of research questions, and timing for data collection due to Covid-19 constraints. Finally, the objectives and deliverables for IO3 were presented by Lea Ferrari and briefly discussed between partners.

3rd Transnational project meeting

Online (due to COVID-19) February 18th-19th, 2021

On the first day of the meeting, Austrian team members presented the aggregated results of the IO2 transnational report. Following the presentation, each partner highlighted interesting findings and comments from their IO2 reports so as to be considered for the final version of the transnational report. In the second part of the meeting, the discussion focused on the updated drafts of IO3. Each partner presented their unit, discussed its connection to the overarching aims of the curriculum, and set points for discussion. On the second day, the meeting was focused on issues concerning IO4, IO5 and IO6. In particular, the partners discussed the platform and accessibility of the content, the cataloguing of materials, and set new deadlines for the upcoming IOs.

5th Transnational project meeting

Hybrid meeting, November 25th-26th, 2021

Due to diverse COVID 19 pandemic situation in partners‘ countries the meeting was organized in hybrid mode – some participants were online and some, that could travel, were present at the Athens.

The first day partners discussed the webinars productions based on the intelectual outputs – literature review (IO1) and guidelines for innovative practice (IO2). Higher Education Course for students (IO3) was reviewed and final version is expected to be ready on the end of December for further shift the material in digital environment as open educational recourses and creation of CMS (MOODLE) that will used for training in blended mode.

Partners also discussed the structure of Course for counsellors and coaches, adaptation and piloting of the didactical framework (IO4), concerning reflection, evaluation, training activities – discussion and group activities, timing and the need to adapt material for 2 versions – shorter and longer.

The second day was dedicated to discuss the goal of the virtual learning environment and media centre and the material presentation. Partners agreed to create documents to specify the structure and functionality of the platform.

Partners overviewed the experience piloting of Higher Education Course for students (IO7), coming up with idea to create additional explanatory document for the curriculum units. German partners completed the piloting of Higher Education Course for students and shared their experience and the students’ feedback: group work being very well received, engagement was great and interesting discussion topics came up, time is too tight. The experience sharing was very useful to others partners, that are planning to pilot in near future.
